Your Product Data Is Enriched. Is AI Still Getting It Wrong?
Product data enrichment can make product attributes, descriptions and channel content more complete. It does not prove that AI assistants correctly describe your exact models when buyers ask what to purchase. ProductKnowledgeGraph helps verify that external answer against manufacturer-backed facts.
Enrichment and AI answer verification are different jobs
Enrichment fills gaps and improves catalog content for downstream channels. AI answer verification starts with an observed assistant response and checks model identity, specification claims and official product destinations. Keep your existing enrichment and PIM workflows.
Catch the costly product identity mistakes
A buyer may be shown an older revision, a different variant or a competitor while researching a specification. Review the exact buyer question, response, manufacturer source and model or variant before classifying a mismatch.
Compare claims with evidence, not assumptions
Check the observed attribute against a sourced manufacturer fact. Mark matches, conflicts and claims with insufficient evidence separately. An absent product mention is not the same as an incorrect technical specification.
Recheck after approved changes
Review proposed corrections with the product owner, publish approved facts where appropriate and repeat the same buyer questions. Record what changed without promising that an assistant will cite or recommend the product.
An enterprise pilot alongside your catalog stack
Select a product family, priority specifications, target market and buyer roles. Use the pilot to inspect observed AI answers; ProductKnowledgeGraph is not a product feed enrichment, content syndication or master data platform.
